Out and about...

Time to start wrapping up the year and seeing as it's been a while between posts, what better place to catch up on than community involvement. It's something we feel really strongly about and always try to be involved wherever we can.

So here's a few things you may have seen us involved in throughout the year in the community...

Gunnedah Soccer: we had a couple of good looking teams running the fields this season; the under 5/6's and the under 10's. Both had cracking seasons and represented the shirts with pride!

You might have also seen us represented at the PRAMS Annual Charity Golf Day. This local charity is tirelessly run by amazing women all in aid of improving our local hospital. They do an absolutely brilliant job and over the course of 10 years (YES, TEN) they have raised close to a million dollars. https://www.facebook.com/pramsgunnedah/posts/1538613369572800

Back on the sporting fields we were seen down at both the winter and Summer Touch Footy competitions - both great social teams with young and old getting out and having a go!

You might have also caught our sign up at the Gunnedah Rugby Club Grounds as a sponsor of the club - a club developing both the men's and womens' side this year in a fantastic season.

And still on Rugby, we've also been a sponsor for the Quirindi Junior Club playground. The installation of this awesome playground for kids (complete with Palmers Certified Softfall Mulch, of course!) has made an enormous difference to the club and its' complete social game. The family atmosphere is strong and all are welcome to stay and enjoy the game. Well done to everyone involved.

There's been plenty of other things that we've been involved in as well; Westpac Helicopter, Gunnedah Motorcycle Club, Gunnedah Preschool, Curlewis Public School just to name a few. Communities don't exist without the amazing volunteer efforts and the support of locals backing them - well done to all those who pull these groups together.
